Patient Coordinator, Bio-Energetic Practitioner, Clinical Nutrition Consultant
Rachel has been actively involved in functional medicine and nutrition for over a decade. She began as a patient of Dr. Firnbach’s and quickly discovered an interest in the field, as Dr. Firnbach’s methods began to provide significant relief from symptoms she had maintained throughout childhood and into early adulthood. Rachel then began to work for Dr. Firnbach while pursuing her undergraduate studies and discovered a deep passion for functional medicine and nutrition as she saw lives changed and health restored.
Rachel graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Biology from Life University and Cum Laude with an MS in Human Nutrition from University of Bridgeport. Additional training in Autonomic Response Testing (ART) through Dr. Firnbach has allowed Rachel to target nutritional interventions for individuals with complicated health issues.
Rachel feels that her calling is to help people along their healing journey and is committed to finding individualized solutions for every person she works with.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, playing with her miniature Australian Shepherd Chase, spending time in nature, reading, and crocheting. She is also a passionate learner and spends much of her free time pursuing additional knowledge that can help people find healing.
