Dr. JB Park, D.Ac., Dipl.OM

Dr. Jong Bume (JB) Park is a NCCAOM board-certified Diplomate of
Acupuncture who has been in practice in NY for a decade before moving
to Atlanta, GA. He earned his Doctorate in Acupuncture from Five
Branches University, a Master of Science in Acupuncture with honors
from Tri-State College of Acupuncture, a Chinese Herbology certificate
from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and a
Bachelor’s in Psychology from Queens College. JB is licensed in NY,
NJ, and GA, and specializes in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), APM
(Acupuncture Physical Medicine), and KM (Kiiko Matsumoto Japanese
style), complemented by bodywork techniques including Amma and Tuina.

Born and raised in Ivory Coast, West Africa, to Korean parents, JB’s
early experiences inspired his dedication to healthcare access and
medical missions. He was drawn to Eastern medicine through personal
experiences with childhood ailments and a rare condition successfully
managed with acupuncture and herbs. Before attending acupuncture
school, he apprenticed under a family member who is also an Eastern
medicine doctor.

Outside of his practice, JB enjoys running, working out, and exploring
with his wife and two children.
