Breakthrough Diagnosis Tool Uncovers What’s REALLY Causing Your Health Problems

Updated: Jul 22, 2023

The headline comes from Dr. Mercola’s site and he is praising the technique (ART) that we practice in our clinic. The technique is finally getting the recognition it deserves! The article explains autonomic response testing (ART) and the science behind it. This is not new age or voodoo, this is a scientifically based diagnostic tool for helping practitioners to determine the proper course of care for their patients.

What is Autonomic Response Testing?

Autonomic Response Testing (ART) is a highly sensitive and accurate form of bio-feedback testing developed by Dietrich Klinghardt, M.D. Ph.D, and Louisa Williams, DC ND. It looks for the stressed condition of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) called 'blocked regulation'. Blocked regulation refers to the inability of the ANS to self-regulate and is commonly caused by 7 factors.

7 Factors of Wellness and Chronic illness:

These include: undiagnosed food allergies, heavy metal toxicity, chemical toxicity, chronic unresolved infections, scars, temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, unresolved psycho-emotional stress, and electromagnetic stress. ART marries together techniques from many disciplines including Applied Kinesiology and biophoton physics and is carried out by noting changes in muscle strength while an organ, gland, substance, or function is being tested.

ART is done alongside clinical thinking, Functional Medicine lab work, and imaging studies. Basic labs are helpful in ruling out any major red flag problems and for tracking purposes. ART is helpful in figuring out the missing puzzle pieces of chronic illness when someone has done “all” the labs and “all” the treatments and is still not feeling well. It helps determine why lab values may be off or if labs look normal ART helps determine hidden root causes of illness. ART is helpful at “picking up” disturbances in the energy field prior to symptoms manifesting in the physical body and in this way is a great tool to use as part of preventative medicine.ART is not a treatment tool. It is a diagnostic technique and is only done in the context of a full consultation.

We have seen many, many “miracles” with this technique!! Patients that have reached the end of their (medical) rope and have no where else to turn have found this technique to finally give them answers and hope.

Health issues helped by A.R.T. therapy:

Allergies Chronic Pain Chronic Infections Brain Fog Anxiety Auto immune Conditions Diabetes Digestive Issues Skin Issues

The reason medical doctors have such a hard time with this is that the treatments are not the same for each patient even though they may have the same disease. What works for one person with fibromyalgia may not be the same answer for the next.  But guess what, we are all different with different histories and lifestlyes and stresses, so to expect one thing to work for everyone is just wrong.

A Typical ART Session Involves the Following:

  • Assessment of progress and changes since the previous session.

  • Re-checking the 7 Factors to see where further improvements can be made.

  • Re-do the body scan to assess progress and update changes in priorities.

  • Check for anything new that has surfaced and correct along the way.

  • Using re-checks for anything found previously to monitor progress of the treatment plan.

  • Re-check the entire supplement protocol to adjust to changing needs.

  • Provide an updated personalised plan.

A.R.T. is an effective therapy for most chronic and acute illnesses and often succeed where other conventional and alternative therapies have failed. A.R.T. therapy does not cure any particular disease, but helps strengthen the inner healing capacity of the body.

Hope you find this article helpful in explaining to your friends and family that there is another way other than the one size fits all.

Please pass along this article to as many people as you can to let them know there is another way to handle and treat their health problems and it is based on scientific principles.
